​CHOOSING A HANDMADE BABY SHOE
​

What size should I buy?
Measuring the baby's feet is always the best policy.
Our sizes are the INSOLE length of a shoe. 

1. Measure both feet from the heel to longest toe
2. Maximum allowance you can give is 1cm 
3. Tadah! That's the size to buy!


What if I am buying a gift?
If you are buying a gift for a newborn (Birth to 1 month), Size 9cm fits most babies.
If you are buying a gift for a 1 year old, Size 12.5cm fits most of them. 
​If in doubt, ask for a measurement or get a bigger size they can grow into. 

My child is learning to walk, are the shoes suitable?
All our shoes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor walking. The shoes are light, cushioned and have nonslip soles.

How do i order?

How do i pay?
Click cart and checkout items. You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account.

I do not have a credit/debit card/paypal, how do i make payment?
A: Kindly use the enquiry form/chat button on this page and contact us for payment via PayNow/Bank Transfer (Singapore accounts only)

SHIPPING TIME/COURIER DELIVERY

What options do i have for local delivery?
​Standard Mail via Singpost (FREE)*
(for orders that do not include any gift packaging)
Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days
(Expect delays of up to additional 3 working days for holiday season between October-December and Chinese New Year season)

Ninja Van Courier Service (Flat rate of $4)
No option for specific delivery timings.
Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days

Express Delivery Service (Flat rate of $6.50)
You can indicate which delivery time slot you would prefer:
9am-12pm/12pm-3pm/3pm-6pm/6pm-10pm
Delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days


Which areas do you deliver to ?
We delivers to all parts of the main Singapore Island, except Tuas, Jurong Island and all Restricted Areas.

What time slots do you deliver at?
We deliver between 9am-10pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays) for our courier deliveries. If you would like your parcel delivered within a specific time frame (for express courier service only), do indicate it during checkout and we will do our best to work around it. 

If you have selected the Singapore Post normal mail service, no tracking service is provided. The items will be delivered by post to your mail box. Postal takes approximately 3-5 working days from the time you receive an email indicating the item has shipped. We will not be liable for lost/damaged mail. 

Do note that deliveries will take longer than the usual timings during festive/peak seasons.

What if i buy items with different lead times?
If you purchase items with different lead times, they will be shipped together in one shipment. 

E.g. Purchase 2 items (2days lead time) +1 item (3 weeks lead time)+ All items ship together once the last item has been completed, after 3 weeks.

If you want them shipped separately, please make two separate orders. 

Do you ship overseas/internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide for all items in our store.
All international orders are shipped via Registered Airmail 
Article. 
If you require express worldwide shipping via UPS/Aramex, kindly drop us a message via chat button. 


RETURNS/EXCHANGE

Do you accept any returns for items that don't fit me?
We are sorry, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons.
We provide detailed information of products (i.e shoe sizes in CM) in our store. Do take measurements before purchase. If you require further product information, do check with us prior to purchase. 

Do you accept any exchange for defective items?
We strive to send out the best products with no defects. However if you unfortunately receive a defective item, do contact us within 7 days for an exchange. 


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I wash the shoe?
1. Hand wash the shoe under a running tap with a little detergent (Do not scrub)
2. The colours may run but this is normal as they can be washed off by running water and rubbing it with your fingers
3. Squeeze dry by hand and press it dry with a clean towel
4. Hang and air dry the shoes
5. Give it a little iron (low heat) if you want it to look brand new! 


Can I just put them in a washing machine or tumble dryer?
Our shoes are delicately handmade and would prefer to be washed by hand. 
Some washing machines exert a lot of force and may damage the shoes. We strongly discourage tumble drying because they tend to shrink cotton products. 

OTHER FAQs

Do you have a physical store in Singapore?
No, we not have a physical store in Singapore. Sky high shop rental prices will make it difficult to offer you products at great prices!

Do you accept stockists/distributors for your products?
Yes we do accept stockists and distributors who wish to purchase our handmade baby shoes/hampers.
