Terms and Conditions
Hiro and Jack.Co values all our customers and want their shopping experience to be a pleasant one.
Please take time to read our terms & conditions before you make a purchase.
Once you have confirmed an order with Hiro & Jack, you have acknowledged, understood and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions below:
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders will only be fulfilled when we have received payment. If we do not receive your payment within two hours from the time of order confirmation, the unpaid order will be cancelled without notice.
Upon Payment all orders will then proceed to be processed and mailed to a local address either by Courier Service, Smart Pac or Normal Mail via Singapore Post. International orders will be Airmailed to an international address.
Processing time differs with product.
Local H&J Delivery Timings are as follows:
Monday to Friday 11am-5pm
BACK ORDER/PRE ORDER PRODUCTS
Back order and Pre-order products are processed according to timeline stated in our product description. If you purchase an in-stock item together with Back order or pre-order items, they will be shipped together in one shipment.
E.g. Purchase 1 instock item +Preorder item (1/1/17)+ Backorder item (10/1/17). All items ship together on 10/1/17.
We will not be held liable for any damages or compensation if your shipment is delayed/damaged.
Courier Service: If you were not around at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange for a redelivery. Local Redelivery is chargeable at S$10 per trip.
SmartPac Post: The Postman will deliver all SmartPac parcels to your door step. If they are unable to reach anyone to sign for the item, they will place the parcel in the corresponding letter box at the local address provided.
Singapore Post normal mail service: The items will be delivered by post to your mail box.
International Delivery: We will provide a tracking code that you may use to contact your local post service provider. We do not bear any responsibility for any customs delays.
DEFECTS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We will make sure all products at the point of despatch will be of good quality and have no defects/damages. If you really do find a defect or damage, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you on a possible return/refund procedure. In all other circumstances, we do not accept exchanges, or refunds.
